International co-operation and friendship helps us all in so many ways. A small piece of that was recognised by a thoughtful gift from the Polish Wholesale Markets Association to the City of London Markets Board. The Polish Association exists to represent wholesale markets and the interests of agri-food markets. Unquestionably reliable food supply is essential to us all, I’ve been honoured to play a small part in this for London and the UK for 15 years, and the relationships we build are a wonderful part of that work.
